Paid-for events
Events are non-refundable. Should you unexpectedly become unable to attend, you are allowed to transfer your seat to another person.
Should NorthGRC cancel an event, NorthGRC shall refund the paid amount.
Free events
There is limited space. NorthGRC prioritizes current and potential customers higher than for instance security vendors and advisors. If you do not show up or cancel your participation later than 5 working days prior to the event, you will be invoiced EUR 100.
